These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fapwise, an AI companion platform operated at fapwise-ai.org. By accessing or using Fapwise you agree to these Terms.

Fapwise is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and over. By using Fapwise you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

Fapwise provides interactive AI companions designed for conversation and entertainment. All companions are fictional AI characters; nothing in the service constitutes interaction with real people.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Fapwise, including by attempting to disrupt the service, scrape data, abuse other users, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. Content

Your input

You retain ownership of the messages you send. You grant Fapwise a limited license to process them in order to operate the service.

AI output

Responses generated by Fapwise companions are produced by AI and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. They are intended for entertainment and not as professional advice.

6. Premium Access

Certain features of Fapwise — including extended private conversations and full customization — are available through premium access. Pricing and terms are presented at the point of purchase.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Fapwise at any time for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior.

8. Disclaimers

Fapwise is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our operating jurisdiction.
